It has been reported that the 24 movie is set to begin shooting in 2013. 24 actor Kiefer Sutherland was talking to Jay Leno when he admitted that the 24 movie has had to be delayed due to scheduling conflicts but he insists that they will begin work on the film next year.
Sutherland explained, "We finally got a script to a really amazing place, and unfortunately - because of my schedule - we're trying to fit a lot of moving parts... and trying to find the right slot to do the film in. We're still trying and if we don't get it into this slot, we'll do it next year."
He added, "24 was so good to me - it was an amazing experience and I think we have a responsibility to protect it. Our job is to make sure that we make the best possible movie ever and if we have to wait a little longer, we will."
It was announced recently that plans to begin shooting 24 the movie had to be shelved, as Kiefer Sutherland was too busy with other projects. However, it now seems that Kiefer will be less busy in 2013, making the 24 movie a possibility.
