There are certain people in the acting industry, that all Hollywood stars dream of having the chance to work with and, when it comes to directors, there are not many better than the legendary director Ridley Scott. His new movie Exodus: Gods and Kings stars Breaking Bad actor Aaron Paul, and Aaron has spoken out to heap praise on the director.
Paul told Collider, "It's really everything you would think it would be. It's such a huge dream of mine; he's just such a legendary director, a legendary man with a legendary story. I grew up reading the Bible, my father was a Southern Baptist Minister so I know the book of Exodus and so this is just such an incredible thing."
As well as praising director Ridley Scott for his vision and having the ability to make it into such an epic reality, Aaron Paul also went on to talk about which scene from Exodus: Gods and Kings was his favourite to film. Aaron says that he loved shooting the scene where they parted the Red Sea, as they way they did it was incredible.
Paul added, "When we were parting the Red Sea, it was a time I will never forget. It was just such an epic, crazy thing. It was in the Canary Islands; gorgeous. And the sea and how they were creating the current to move that it actually looked like the sea was being pulled out. They had 20 jet-skis lined up in a row just creating current, thousands of extras all looking very biblical."
