There has been a lot of talk about the movie Terminator: Genesis, ever since the moment it was announced that the new movie was being made. It was confirmed that Arnold Schwarzenegger was returning to reprise his role as a T-800 machine and it did not take long before the rest of the cast for the movie began coming together.
While we have already learned the identities of the majority of the main cast for Terminator: Genesis, it has now been revealed that there is a new name to add to the list. Body-builder Aaron Williamson has confirmed that he has joined the cast of Terminator: Genesis, revealing that he too will play a T-800.
Williamson explained, "Thanks to an amazing team of people who help me get better each week, both physically & creatively, I’ll be playing a T-800 (Terminator) in the upcoming production ‘Terminator: Genesis’. I’m extremely grateful & motivated as this new chapter begins to take shape."
This has led to many rumours about the exact role that Aaron Williamson's T-800 will play in Terminator: Genesis. While some have suggested that he will be a rival T-800, there are others who have suggested that he will play a younger version of the Arnold Schwarzenegger T-800. We guess we will just have to wait and see.
As well as joining Arnold Schwarzenegger in the cast of Terminator: Genesis, Aaron Williamson will also join Emilia Clarke, Jai Courtney and Jason Clarke, among others. Terminator: Genesis is being directed by Alan Taylor and will open on June 26 in the UK and July 1 in the US.
