The gorgeous actress Abbie Cornish showed her fond memories of the times she spent working with actor Heath Ledger in the film "Candy" with the posting of pictures of the two of them on her Instagram account. The two obviously had a a strong bond as the pictures show them during their scenes in the movie which was about the life of Luke Candy and his battle with substance abuse. The movie was one of her early projects which helped her get the attention of Hollywood film producers and in it she played Heath Ledger's drug-addicted lover. It also may have been a movie which was too close too reality for the talented Heath Ledger who eventually died as a result of a drug overdose.
The pictures on Instagram also show them enjoying each other's company on the red carpet at the Berlin screening of the movie and having fun off screen. Abbie Cornish is someone who the camera loves and this love affair has been captured in the summer issue of "Porter" magazine.
In the magazine she is photographed in several pictures and the love affair with the camera cannot be hidden. One picture has her recreating a Marilyn Monroe pose which has attracted the attention of many of her fans and entertainment insiders for how similar it looks and how stunningly attractive she is in the picture. Two other pictures, one of her sitting in a chair on a farm while wearing a white shirt and jeans reading a script and one of her reading the a script to get into character for the shoot show both the focus and thought she puts into preparing to convey an image.
Abbie Cornish considers the Marilyn Monroe pose to be quite possibly her favorite pose so far but it is the other two pictures that might actually provide the more deeper insight into her as a performer who takes her craft seriously as both an actress and model and this is part of the reason for her success and why she is such a desired commodity in Hollywood.
