There was once a time when, if you had have said that Adam Levine would find the woman of his dreams and finally decide to stick with her and settle down, we would have asked you what you have been smoking. The Maroon 5 frontman developed a bit of a reputation as being a womaniser but it now looks like Adam Levine has changed his ways, all thanks to one special woman.
Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo first began dating in May 2012, just one short month after Adam split from Anne V, a Victoria's Secret model just like Behati. Levine and Prinsloo then split for a short while and Adam had a brief fling with another model, Nina Agdal in May 2013. However, the musician realised that the grass is not always greener and went back to Behati Prinsloo, with Adam popping the question in July 2013.
Levine has now opened up about his proposal to Prinsloo, admitting that he made sure to ask her father for his blessing first. Adam was a guest on Ryan Seacrest's radio show, when he explained, "I did ask his permission. I don't want to talk about it, you know how I am, but yes, of course I did. I had to. And it was extremely nerve-wracking."
Adam Levine has certainly come a long way from that womanising playboy and has even decided to try to make amends with his ex-girlfriends ahead of his wedding. According to a supposed insider, Adam has sent them all letters to apologise for the way that he behaved at the time and how he treated them. How very grown-up!
