Rolling in the Deep singer Adele has revealed that she will be likely to release a new song towards the end of this year. Adele claims that it will all depend on how quickly she can write the new songs but is hopeful that a new one will be released before the year is out.

Adele explained, "There will be a new song, probably coming out at the end of the year. But then it depends how quickly I write some other new songs." Adele then admitted that her new album is quite a bit longer away than that though. She added, "It won't be for a good two years. I have to write it! It takes a while."
Adele then discussed the success of her album 21, saying, "I never ever expected the success of my first album, let alone how many records [21] has sold. I don't really feel the pressure for the next record to be big as my last one, as I know it's not really possible.

She continued, "What's happened with [21] is very rare, anyway. I have to convince with my songs again and that's where the pressure comes from. That's me putting pressure on myself."
Yesterday we reported about Adele returning her Brit Awards and, while some of you were sucked in by it, others realised it was an April Fool’s joke.
