Rolling in the Deep singer Adele has won many awards over the years including Grammy's and Brits and she has even been nominated for an Oscar at this year's Academy Awards. Now, it has been revealed that Adele has also been nominated for the 2013 Mum of the Year Award.

Adele become a mother for the first time last October, when she gave birth to son Angelo, who was fathered by her partner Simon Konecki. Although the child is not even six months old, Adele has been nominated by Foxy Bingo for their Celebrity Mum of the Year 2013.
It would be a surprise if Adele was to win, considering how little we know about her baby and the fact that she faces stiff competition from the likes of Victoria Beckham, Lily Allen plus Fearne Cotton and Sarah Storey, who have yet to even give birth to their babies.Mean

while, Adele will have her eyes on a bigger prize, when she attends the Academy Awards, where she is nominated for the Best Original Song Oscar for her theme to the James Bond movie Skyfall. Adele recently admitted that she is struggling to write her new album, as she is too busy singing nursery rhymes to baby Angelo.
