True Blood star Alexander Skarsgard has been talking about the upcoming, sixth season of the hit HBO vampire series. Alexander has revealed how he has read a couple of scripts from True Blood Season Six and that he is very excited about what is coming up.
Skarsgard explained, “I’ve only gotten the first two scripts, but from what I’ve read, it’s good stuff so far. There’s a big war coming up — a big war.” He then confirmed that Bill (Stephen Moyer) will be back in Season Six, “Bill will be back, yes.”
However, Alexander was keen to stress that he could not give away too much about the Bill that we will see in True Blood Season Six, “Ah, that I can’t say. I can’t say. But it will be good,” he added.
However, new showrunner Mark Hudis, who is replacing the outgoing Alan Ball, previously stated, “Certainly he’s not going to be the Bill (Stephen Moyer) we know and love. He’s going to have more bite, no pun intended.”
True Blood Season Six is expected to premiere on HBO in June of this year, although an official date has yet to be confirmed.
