Former winner of the X Factor, Alexandra Burke has confirmed that she has completed recording her second album, but that she has also taken a lot of risks on it. It is believed that the first single from the album will be released in the coming weeks, with the album available before the end of the year.
Alexandra explained, "The album is now completely finished. It's got a couple of names at the moment, but we haven't done the tracklisting yet." She then added, "I've taken loads of risks with it and I'm the executive producer too. With the first album when songs were being mixed, Simon [Cowell] was the one who picked the tracklisting. But with this one, I haven't let anything go past these ears. I approve everything."
Burke also admitted that she was really looking forward to touring, especially in the US. She concluded, "I can't wait to go to the States next year and hopefully do loads of promo. My biggest dream is to break the States." Many have tried, few have succeeded.
