As we get closer and closer to the release date of the eagerly anticipated movie Star Trek Into Darkness, the rumours continue to come and grow. One Such rumour is that Benedict Cumberbatch will secretly be playing the villain Khan in the movie.
There has been a lot of interest in the character John Harrison, who Benedict is said to be playing, but people seem to be unable to accept that he is not playing a bigger role in the film. Now, his co-star in the movie, Alice Eve has come out and made it perfectly clear that he is not playing Khan in Star Trek Into Darkness.
Alice was recently on the red carpet for the BAFTA's, when she spoke a little about Star Trek Into Darkness, stating "He's not playing Khan." However, this rumour has been denied in the past, so it is unlikely that Alice Eve's denial will have any affect on the rumours continuing.
As well as starring Alice Eve, Star Trek Into Darkness also stars Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto, Zoe Saldana, Karl Urban, John Cho, Bruce Greenwood, Simon Pegg, Anton Yelchin and Peter Weller. Star Trek Into Darkness is once again directed by J.J. Abrams and is set to be released on May 17 in both the US and the UK.
