Glow beauty Alison Brie has worked hard to become one of the most popular actresses in Hollywood but it seems that in her early career she was asked to do some uncomfortable things in her auditions. Alison auditioned for a small role in the hit television series Entourage, when she was asked to take her top off.
Brie was talking at the ATX Television Festival, when she explained, "Early in my career, I auditioned for three lines on an episode of 'Entourage' that I had to go on in a bikini! Or like shorts and the tiniest shorts. And they were like, 'Okay, can you take your top off now?'"
While Alison Brie did not manage to get that part in Entourage, she has gone on to enjoy a very impressive acting career, as well as bagging herself the man of her dreams in her personal life. Alison is married to fellow Hollywood star Dave Franco and she has admitted that she could not be happier.
Brie added, "Everything's great! I think it's a great time in my life. Not in, you know, our lives collectively, not necessarily globally, but being married. [Being married is] a similar to the experience of working on 'Glow', in that it's been a very empowering year. I don't know why those two things have kind of gone hand in hand for me, but they have. Wrestling and marriage, they're both just like, 'Yeah, I can take on anything!'"
As well continuing in her role on the Netflix series Glow, Alison Brie can also seen be seen back on the big screen, starring in the upcoming new movie The Papers, which will open on January 12, 2018 in the US and on January 26, 2018 in the UK.
