There are some actors in Hollywood these days who will take on whatever new projects they are offered, while there are some who want to star in certain films regardless of whether they would actually be right for the movie. However, when it comes to the beautiful and talented actress Allison Williams, things are a little bit different, as Allison has admitted that
Williams explained, "The three questions I always ask myself are, 'Why this?' 'Why now?' 'Why me?' 'Why this?' is like, 'Why bring this into the world? Is this important in any way? Do audiences need this?' 'Why now?' has to do with whether or not this movie needs to exist in this moment."
"Does it feel relevant to what's going on in the world, or is it going to feel completely pointless or incongruous by the time it comes out? And the 'Why me?' is interesting because occasionally I'll read things where I'm like, 'I love this, I think it's important, I think it needs to come out now, but I have no business playing this part.'"
As far as her acting career is concerned, as well as continuing to star in the hit television series Girls, Allison Williams also has a role in the new movie Get Out, which sees the stunning star sharing the big screen with the likes of Daniel Kaluuya, Catherine Keener, Bradley Whitford, and Caleb Landry Jones, among others. Get Out has been written and directed by Jordan Peele and is out now in the US, while the movie will not hit the big screen until March 17 in the UK.
