The latest stage of the America’ Got Talent auditions took place in Seattle this week and once again there were some high points and some low. The regular judging panel of Sharon Osbourne, Piers Morgan and Howie Mandel, took their seats to decided who was good enough and who simple wasn’t.
The successful contestants included a celebrity impersonator called Melissa Villasenor, a hip hop dance group called Elektrolytes and an 8 year old swing singer called Sadie. Those who weren’t so lucky included Liz Plummer and Robert Close, who sang Opera, a 69 year old dance instructor called Anita McCoy and the drag troupe Rice Rockettes.
The successful contestants will join those who have made it through the previous rounds in Vegas for the live shows. The next episode of America’s Got Talent can be seen on NBC on Tuesday night.
