It looks like Vivienne Jolie-Pitt is set to become an actress just like her mother and father. People Magazine is reporting that Disney has confirmed to them that Vivienne will be playing a youger version of Princess Aurora (Elle Fanning plays the elder version), while her mother plays the titular Maleficient, in the Disney re-imagining of the classic tale.
Vivienne Jolie-Pitt is 4, and this will be her first Hollywood gig, and likely not her last. Interestingly, she is not the first Jolie-Pitt child to act in movies, as her big sister Shiloh also had a small role in the Curious Case of Benjamin Button, which was released in 2008 and received many Oscar nominations.
According to People's sources, Vivienne's role will be very small and it is not yet clear whether she will be acting alongside her mother or if her scenes are separate.
Maleficient is being produced by Joe Roth, and will be released by Disney on March 14, 2014. It is currently being filmed at various locations, and many experts are saying that with Jolie's star power and the scale of the movie, it is set to follow in the foosteps of 2010's 'Alice in Wonderland' and become a smash global hit.
