Actress Anna Paquin is known to viewers for her role as Sookie Stackhouse in "True Blood" and as Marie in the "X-Men" franchise and while there has been a large amount of discussion over her minimal film presence in the upcoming movie "X-Men: Days of Future Past" one aspect of her career that is flying under the radar but has the attention of film studio executives is her move behind the camera as a producer.
She recently produced the short film "Civillianaire Boys' Club" which is in post-production stage and she is the writer, director and producer of "The Pink Hotel" which is scheduled to begin sometime in 2015. Entertainment insiders are speculating that part of the reason no one has heard her complain about her limited presence in the upcoming X-Men movie is because she has been more focused on learning more about the production aspect of films.
She does not seem to have accepted any new acting projects so other than her feature role in "True Blood" she is not committed to any other projects. Such a situation for most actors would cause them worry and grey hairs as they worry about their next project but that is not the situation for Anna Paquin because she is an in-demand actress who has likely received many offers but has not accepted them.
Even though Anna Paquin has not spoken out about being basically excluded from the upcoming X-Men movie one can envision that she has known about this development for some time and is not particularly pleased about it and this may have inspired her move to the producer chair.
Anger can motivate individuals to become in more control of their future by learning more about their craft and it seems as if this might be what has pushed the talented actress Anna Paquin to start learning what life is like as a producer.
Anna Paquin is now an actress/producer and Hollywood studio executive are taking notice of her new title and will be monitoring the development of this talented Academy Award winning actress as a producer.
