Due to the huge success of The Dark Knight Rises and the positive feedback that Anne Hathaway received for her portrayal of Catwoman, there have been a number of rumours about a possible Catwoman spin-off movie being made, although there has been no official word on the project.

Anne Hathaway as Catwoman
Now, Anne Hathaway has opened up about the possibility of reprising the role of Selena Kyle aka Catwoman for a spin-off movie, which she seems to be very interested in. Anne says that she found it very hard to say goodbye to the character so would love the chance to have her back.
Talking to Access Hollywood, Hathaway said, “No one’s talked to me about it. I would love it. I actually, it’s so embarrassing, I was at a press Q & A thing the other night for a screening of The Dark Knight and the moderator asked me, ‘So what was it like to say goodbye to the character?’ And I burst into tears, because I miss her. It just makes me cry. I miss her. I love Selena so much and I love her presence in my life and getting to… I’m crying again.”
