Hollywood actress Anne Hathaway was celebrating at the weekend, after picking up the Best Supporting Actress Oscar at the Academy Awards. However, following Anne's acceptance speech, people started to criticise the actress, which has led to her admitting that the negativity does make her upset.
Hathaway told Us Weekly, "It does get to me. But you have to remember in life that there's a positive to every negative and a negative to every positive. The miracle of the universe is that, as far as they know, there's 51 percent matter versus 49 percent anti-matter - things tip in the scale of the positive. So that is what I focus on."
She added, "I live my life with love. I live my life with compassion. I live my life hoping the best for absolutely everyone, no matter how they feel about me. And when you live that way, it's amazing how beautiful every day can be."
Anne Hathaway received huge praise for her performance in Les Misérables, which not only saw her pick up the Best Supporting Actress at the Oscars but also at the Golden Globes and the BAFTA's. Anne recently had to apologise to Valentino for her last-minute dress switch to Prada.
