The pair - who have remained coy on speculation surrounding their alleged relationship in recent months - were spotted kissing at a party in Los Angeles on Saturday (July 21, 2012), reports US Weekly magazine.

One eyewitness said: "They were seated on a couch on the same side of the table and Mila was running her hands through Ashton's hair. She had her elbow resting on his back and couldn't stop playing with his hair and rubbing his shoulders. He leaned in and whispered to her and kissed her cheek".
Mila, 28, had firmly denied rumors of a romance back in April, telling Extra, "It's absurd. A friend is a friend" before telling Elle magazine, "Listen, we hang out. We've known each other for 15 years. We have mutual friends. We're comfortable with one another. That's it!".
