Hollywood star Arnold Schwarzenegger has admitted that he has no regrets about doing the movie Batman and Robin, despite the fact that the film was globally criticised. Arnold played Mr Freeze in the Joel Schumacher movie and insists that he made the right choice in agreeing to do the film.
During an interview with Empire Magazine, Schwarzenegger explained, “I don't regret it at all. I felt that the character was interesting and two movies before that one Joel Schumacher was at his height. So the decision-making process was not off.”
He added, “At the same time I was doing Eraser over there and Warner Bros. begged me to do the movie. In most cases I don't regret the movies that failed or were not as good. It's always easy to be smug in hindsight, right?”
Arnold Schwarzenegger is set to appear on the big screen, starring alongside Rodrigo Santoro, Jaimie Alexander and Forest Whitaker, in the Jee-woon Kim movie The Last Stand, which is set to be released on January 18, 2013 in the US and then on January 25, 2013 in the UK.
