The premiere of the much anticipated DC show Arrow is just around the corner and Stephen Amell, who plays Oliver Queen in the show, has been talking about the show. Stephen revealed that Arrow will see a number of DC characters appear including Deathstroke, China White and Deadshot.
Amell explained, “Yeah. There’s a clear lineage with Katie’s character, Willa’s character and Colin’s character. We showed the Deathstroke mask. I would assume we will see Deathstroke, either on the island or otherwise.”
He added, “In Episode 2, we have China White. In Episode 3, we have Deadshot. The guys that are writing the show are huge comic book fans and they’ve just been waiting to pull from the DC universe, so we’re going to do that, all the time.”
Stephen Amell previously admitted that it was the challenge of playing Oliver Queen that made him accept the lead role in the show. Arrow is set to premiere in the US on Wednesday, October 10 at 8/7c on The CW and then in the UK on Monday, October 22 on Sky1.
