We have had plenty of stars over the years, who have come out to let us know exactly what it is that they do in order to stay it and healthy, with the beautiful actress Ashley Greene being the latest star to share her secrets. Ashley has a very clever idea for when to start her workout and it sounds like it is definitely working for her.
 
 
Greene explained, "To fit my workout into my day, I have to be out the door early. That means I don't have time to think about whether I'm tired or to come up with excuses. And I’ve found that when I exercise in the morning, I have a much more productive day. After I finish my workout, I feel as if I can conquer the world. Getting outdoors is so refreshing to me. It’s a combination of the exercise, soaking up my surroundings, and clearing my mind. It’s my happy place."
 
Meanwhile, when it comes to her eating habits, Ashley Greene revealed that she tends to stick to the sort of foods that are always recommended for health benefits. Ashley enjoys chicken, fish, fresh veg, cauliflower and squash, which she washes down with her blend of green smoothies and juice.The stunning star added, "These foods energise me for my workouts," she tells the magazine."
 
 
As far as her acting career is concerned, Ashley Greene has been spreading her wings and showing just what a diverse and talented actress she is, by mixing things up in a very interesting and exciting way. As well as having a role in the new movie In Dubious Battle, Ashley also has a role in the television series Rogue, while she will also lend her voice to a character in the new animated movie Max & Me.
