Ashley Greene is on the cover of this month’s issue of Manhattan Magazine [via Just Jared], promoting her last outing as vampire Alice Cullen in the final Twilight movie ‘Breaking Dawn: Part 2’.

When Greene talks about her relationships, she says, “You need someone who is going to help you make that better version of yourself. I need someone who is strong but supportive and who loves me—someone who isn’t afraid to call me on my sh*t.”
She also adds that New York City is the place where she feels most inspires, saying, “I like the energy—it’s so contagious and I feel like you just have to be productive here. It’s very artistic and inspiring.”
She adds that while there’s a lot of actresses she looks up to, Cate Blanchett is definitely at the top – “I love Cate Blanchett. She’s extremely classy and has this knack for taking on roles and being very, very strong, but also embedding vulnerability. She has this relatable quality. I like the path she chose.”
Greene’s roles in the Twilight saga have always been some of the best parts of the movie, especially as she embodies the quirky and charming nature of the shortest Cullen sibling. While it will be sad to see the saga end, it seems as if Greene is moving on to better roles already, as she’s set to appear in ‘Butter’ with Jennifer Garner and will also be shooting a couple of different movies next year.
