Following his Gold medal success at the 2000 Olympics, there were high hopes for the boxing career of heavyweight star Audley Harrison when he decided to turn professional. Despite a number of embarrassing performances in his career, Audley did manage to get a shot at a World title against David Haye. Unfortunately, Audley was more embarrassing than ever and was knocked out by Haye.
While many have suggested that Audley Harrison should retire from boxing to save himself any further embarrassment in his career, A-Force has been adamant that he still has what it takes to win a World title and it now likes like he is going to get another shot, this time for the WBA (Super), IBF, WBO, IBO & The Ring Heavyweight titles against Wladimir Klitschko.
Ukrainian star Wladimir Klitschko was set to defend his WBA (Super), IBF, WBO, IBO & The Ring Heavyweight titles against Alex Leapai on April 26 but, due to a severe arm injury, Alex has had to pull out of the fight and, with just a few weeks until the fight was supposed to take it was expected that Wladimir would have to cancel his fight all together.
Enter A-Force Audley Harrison, who claims that he is no in the best physical and mental shape of his life and has agreed to take the fight at very short notice. While many will expect that Wladimir Klitschko will deal with Audley Harrison with ease, he does have a dangerous left hook and will be in with a punchers chance of knocking out Wladimir Klitschko and taking home the WBA (Super), IBF, WBO, IBO & The Ring Heavyweight titles.
