When it was announced that Lindsay Lohan’s new PR team had pulled her out of her scheduled interview with Barbara Walters, everyone seemed to think it was a good choice, especially considering that most of her interviews tend not to go too well.

However, there’s one person who’s not happy about the cancellation – Barbara Walters herself. She told her audience on the View today, "My interview with Lindsay is canceled. She has new PR people, a very well-known group that we do business with all the time."
Walters went into detail, saying she asked the reps why the interview would be cancelled, to which the answer was, “Lindsay doesn't feel up to it.” Walter continued, saying, “Well, I mean, she has a lot of problems, and it was just one more. I said, 'Poor girl, I hope when she feels like it, she will do it with us.'"

However, it was then announced then Lohan would be going ahead and doing an interview with Jay Leno instead to promote her new Lifetime movie ‘Liz and Dick’. Walters said of hearing this news, “If they'd said to me 'You know, Barbara, she isn't up to the kinds of questions that you might ask' . . . I wouldn't feel quite as disappointed as I do today. I like Lindsay Lohan very much. I've known her for years since she was a very little girl. She said whenever she did an interview she would sit down and do it with me."
