It looks like the Batman vs. Superman movie has found itself in a lot of trouble, as actor Ben Affleck, who was cast in the role of Batman for the upcoming movie, has decided to walk out of the project and give up the role. Batman vs. Superman already seemed in some trouble, when the release date was moved back a year, and now it looks like being even worse.
There was a lot of backlash when it was announced that Ben Affleck had been cast as Batman for the Batman vs. Superman movie, with many fans criticising the decision, claiming that Ben did not have what it takes to pull off Batman. While it seemed like these criticisms had not bothered Ben Affleck too much, he has now decided to quit as Batman.
It now means that DC, Warner Bros and everyone else involved in the Batman vs. Superman movie are now going to have to find a quick replacement for the role of Batman. It is claimed that Ben Affleck has struggled with the physical training required for the role, so it is expected that somebody a little bit young and a bit more physically and mentally stronger will be cast.
The Batman vs. Superman movie is not expected to hit the big screen until May 6, 2016 and, with over two years until the movie is going to open, we are sure that they will be able to replace Ben Affleck and get the film complete in time. We look forward to hearing what Ben Affleck has to say on the matter.
