For many decades now, we have seen a huge amount of British talent making the move over to the US to test themselves among the best acting talent that Hollywood has to offer in a bid to become a huge success themselves. In more recent years, we have seen a lot of British soap stars making the switch, with mixed results.
Which brings us to the British actor Ben Hardy, who rose to fame in the UK for starring in the hit British soap Eastenders, before landing his big break in the US by playing the role of Angel in the movie X-Men: Apocalypse, which has clearly opened up plenty of doors for the young star in Hollywood.
Ben Hardy has a number of new movies lined up for the future but the one that we are most looking forward to seeing is his next film Granite Mountain, which sees Ben sharing the big screen with some great Hollywood talent. Granite Mountain has been described as "A drama based on the elite crew of men who battled a wildfire in Prescott, Arizona in June 2013 that claimed the lives of 19 of their members."
Ben Hardy must be very excited about working on the project, as Granite Mountain sees the young star working with Josh Brolin, Jennifer Connelly, Jeff Bridges, Miles Teller, and Taylor Kitsch, to name just a few. Granite Mountain is being directed by Joseph Kosinski and is currently in the filming process, with the movie set to hit the big screen on September 22, 2017 in both the US and the UK.
