It only seems like yesterday that we were getting our first real taste of Zac Efron in the first High School Musical movie. However, that was six years ago and Zac Efron is now all grown up and celebrating his 25th birthday today. Yes, Zac Efron is 25!
Since bursting onto the scene in High School Musical, Zac has become one of Hollywood’s hottest young talents and has recently started to movie away from the teen movies and take on more grown up roles. One such role is in the movie The Paperboy, which sees Zac Efron star alongside Nicole Kidman.
To prove how much more grown up this role is, The Paperboy features scenes of sex and violence and also one of Nicole Kidman peeing on Zac Efron. The incident happens when Zac’s character in the movie, Jack Jansen is stung by a jellyfish and we all know the best way to counteract the sting. Urine.
However, Zac did not have a problem with the scene and admitted that he likes to try and mix up his roles to help him grow as an actor, “I think it's important to always challenge yourself to try and find roles that are going to force you to grow up,” said Efron.
