There was a lot of fuss made, when it was announced that Justin Bieber had not been nominated for a Grammy but one person who doesn't seem to care is Black Keys drummer Patrick Carney. Patrick says that Justin should be happy being rich, as the Grammy's are about music and not money.

Carney was talking to TMZ when he explained, “He's rich, right? I mean, I don't know. Grammys are, like, for music, not for money, and he's making a lot of money. I don't know - he should be happy, I guess.”
As well as giving this small piece of advice to Justin Bieber, Patrick Carney also gave some words of advice to people aspiring to be a Grammy winner, “I guess buy a minivan and go on tour - see what happens.”

While a lot of people did kick up a lot of fuss about Justin Bieber being snubbed by the Grammy’s, he himself was a little more humble about the whole thing, stating that he believes in his talent and his ability and knows that he will one day be nominated for a Grammy.
