Being an actress in Hollywood is not exactly an easy thing, especially if you happen to fall pregnant, as it pretty much means you are going to be out of work for quite a few months, as you carry your unborn child, then take some time off to spend with your new-born baby once you have given birth. It is always interesting to see how long an actress will take away from acting when they discover they are pregnant, and how well they will fit back into the business.
Actress Blake Lively is married to actor Ryan Reynolds and the couple welcomed their first child together, a daughter named James, back in December 2014, with Blake now looking to get her acting career back on track over the coming months and years. Blake already has a number of new movie projects due out over the course of the next few years, with more work no doubt coming her way in the future.
Blake Lively has a role in the currently untitled Woody Allen movie, which will see her sharing the big screen with Anna Camp, Kristen Stewart, Jesse Eisenberg, and Parker Posey, with the movie expected to arrive some time in 2016. As well as that, we will also get to see Blake starring alongside Jason Clarke, Yvonne Strahovski, Danny Huston, and Ahna O'Reilly, in the new movie All I See Is You. Meanwhile, Lively is linked to a role in the planned movie The Shallows, which will be directed by Jaume Collet-Serra and is aiming for a release date of June 24, 2016 in the US and July 1, 2016 in the UK.
We look forward to seeing Blake Lively back on the big screen and are pleased to see that she is really working hard at getting her acting career back on track, following the birth of her beautiful baby daughter.
