Bob Hoskins regrets Super Mario Bros.

Bob Hoskins has revealed that he regrets that he was every involved in the big screen adaptation of the hit computer game, Super Mario Bros. Hoskins played Mario in the 1993 movie but it was a massive flop making around $20 million worldwide and was slated by critics.

Bob was recently asked to name his biggest career disappointment, to which he said Super Mario Bros. He was then asked to name his worst job, to which he again answered Super Mario Bros. and he was finally asked what one thing he would change about his past, to which he answered... you guessed it, Super Mario Bros.
 
Super Mario Bros. was destined to fail from the start, after being handed from one director to another during the torrid production stages. John Leguizamo played Mario’s brother Luigi and Samantha Mathis starred as Princess Daisy, with Dennis Hopper playing King Koopa. For those of you who are lucky enough to not have witnessed to disaster, which was Super Mario Bros. here is a trailer of the movie. You views are welcomed.
