Following the huge success of the hit AMC series Breaking Bad, it was no real surprise that there were plans for a spinoff series to be made, especially since the show came to an end, with millions of disappointed fans all over the world. So Breaking Bad creator Vince Gilligan and executive producer Peter Gould decided to make a new show about the character Saul Goodman, which was quickly given the green light.
As most of you will be well aware by now, the series has been given the official title Better Call Saul and will centre on "The trials and tribulations of criminal lawyer, Saul Goodman, in the time leading up to establishing his strip-mall law office in Albuquerque, New Mexico," and we now have a new trailer for the upcoming new AMC television series and it does make for some interesting viewing.
As well as starring Bob Odenkirk in the lead role for the series, Better Call Saul also has a strong supporting cast, with the likes of Jonathan Banks, Michael McKean, Rhea Seehorn, Patrick Fabian and Michael Mando, appearing on the show. The Better Call Saul series premiere has been directed by Vince Gilligan and will air on AMC on February 9 at 10/9c, with the first series running for 10 episode, while a 12 episode second series has already been confirmed.,
For now though, why not take a few minutes to check out Bob Odenkirk in his very familiar role of Saul Goodman in the new Better Call Saul trailer, below.
