Brad Pitt has been making the press rounds to promote his new movie ‘Killing Me Softly’. He speaks about his marriage to Angelina Jolie, pressure from the kids, and his future in front of the camera in various interviews with Extra, People, and US Weekly [via Celebitchy].
When talking about his marriage, he says, “I am getting more pressure from my kids, and it is something I want to do within their lifetime, but I also feel like the time has come… The time is nigh. It’s soon. I got a good feeling about it. We’ve had a family, we’ve raised the kids,” he says. “I am surprised how much [marriage] meant to me once you had that.”
He adds that despite this, he and Angie still haven’t saved the date yet, saying, “We really don’t … I don’t know what’s going to happen in two weeks. I certainly don’t know what the new year is going to bring! I will admit, we have had some pressure from our kids. We didn’t realize how much it means to them. We didn’t realize how much it means to us.”
Finally, he adds that since he’s nearing 49 years old, he might stop appearing in front of the camera, saying, “I think that’s coming pretty quickly. I’m going to be 49 in a month. I really enjoy producing and I enjoy this opportunity, but I’ll be less and less in front of the camera.”
