Things have been going extremely well in the career of Bradley Cooper over the course of the past few years, as he continues to prove himself as one f the biggest and best actors in Hollywood right now. As well as enjoying the success of his latest movie American Sniper, for which he has been nominated for a Best Actor Oscar, it now looks like Bradley is set to play one of the biggest roles of his career.

Pretty much every actor and actress in Hollywood at the moment would love to be involved in a comic book movie and it looks like Bradley Cooper could be set to become the latest star to join the DC Cinematic Universe. With DC and Warner Bros. finally getting their act together, they have decided to recast some of the characters who have not done so well for them in the past.
In 2011, Ryan Reynolds starred in the lead role of the very disappointing Green Lantern movie and now it looks like Warner Bros. and DC are looking to recast the character and give him the movie he truly deserves. There have been plenty of rumours about which actor should be cast as Green Lantern but according to recent reports, Bradley Cooper is the favourite to be cast in the role.

While we would love to get excited about this news, we will not actually be getting a Green Lantern movie until 2020 and a whole lot can happen between now and then. We are sure that we will get to see Green Lantern popping up in other DC movies before then and we just hope that they manage to do him justice this time around.
