Britney Spears covers the latest issue of Shape Magazine, and she reveals her dieting tips and explains how she manages to stay n shape despite her grueling work schedule.
Britney has had problems with dieting in the past, and she explains, "Dieting is tough... because my specialties are spaghetti, brownies, and chocolate chip cookies. I try not to make those too often or I'll eat the whole bowl of dough."
Despite her food habits, Britney has always managed to maintain a fantastic figure, which she says is due to yoga and discipline. She says, "I'm in my 30's now, so I have to work harder to keep it up. I'm doing 90 minutes of yoga twice a week in addition to a lot of cardio- hour- long sessions three times a week with my trainer Tony Martinez. The [Vegas] performances won't be simple - they'll be a massive party from start to finish. And to pull this off, I have to be in top condition and running at full speed."
There have been a lot of rumors about Britney going to Vegas for performances, but she herself confirms it in the interview. Of course, she herself says that the performances won't be simple, especially considering that the crowds in Las Vegas always expect a massive party. She doesn't confirm whether her boyfriend, David Lucado, will be joining her, but one expects that he probably will be.
