Brody Jenner has hit out at the recent reports that he and his girlfriend Avril Lavigne have split up stating that they are completely false. The rumours surfaced earlier this week that Avril Lavigne and Brody Jenner had split, due to the fact that Avril wanted to start a family but Brody did not. However, Brody has claimed that they are still very much together and very much in love.
Jenner took to his official Twitter page to slam the false reports of a break up with Lavigne. He tweeted, "It really upsets me to read all the FALSE!! stories. Avril has always been there for me and is the closest person to my heart. I love her." Avril Lavigne then responded to Brody Jenner via the social networking site. She tweeted, "luv u 2!!! @BrodyJenner."
Brody Jenner and Avril Lavigne began dating back at the beginning of 2010 after Avril had split from her husband, Sum-41 singer Deryck Whibley. Meanwhile, Brody previously dated Kristin Cavallari, who co starred with him on the show The Hills. Avril Lavigne has also become good friends with Brody Jenner’s sister Kim Kardashian.
