The news of the bombings at the Manchester Arena last night have now spread around the world and there are people all over the planet who have been sending their thoughts and prayers to those who have been impacted by the explosion. The bombing took place during a concert by global superstar Ariana Grande and the death toll currently stands at 22, with a further 59 people injured (at the time of writing).
As expected, Ariana Grande was seriously affected by the incident and has admitted that the tragic events have traumatised her beyond belief. Ariana has now made the decision not to perform at the O2 Arena in London on Thursday, while also stating that she has decided that it is only right to postpone further gigs which were set to take place in Belgium, Germany, Poland, and Switzerland.
Grande took to her official Twitter account to tell her fans and followers just how distraught she was, the pop star wrote, "broken. from the bottom of my heart, i am so so sorry. i don't have words."
Meanwhile, her manager Scooter Braun also took the time to pay tribute to those affected by the blast, saying, "We mourn the lives of children and loved ones taken by this cowardly act… We ask all of you to hold the victims, their families, and all those affected in your hearts and prayers."
We hope that this cowardly act can only serve to bring us all together at such a terrible time and we would also like to send our thoughts and prayers to all of those people who have been affected by the awful attack.
