There are a lot of models around today who have decided to spread their wings and try their hand at the acting game and, while some of these models fail to make an impact in the acting world, there are others who have gone on to enjoy success as an actress. Brooklyn Decker has been one of the world's top models for many years and has been enjoying a rise to Hollywood stardom as an actress.
As well as having roles in a number of movies over the past few years, Brooklyn Decker now stars in the new CBS comedy series Friends with Better Lives which has been a new experience for the actress. Brooklyn has now opened up about working on the television series and she has admitted that she was more nervous at filming the pilot episode for the show than she has ever been.
Decker told Zap2It, "When we were shooting the pilot, it was probably the most nervous I've ever been going into a job. 'I was shaking and sweating, and my teeth were chattering. The theater I had done, it was in North Carolina doing 'Winnie the Pooh.' It wasn't anything on such a massive scale as filming a multi-camera show in front of a crowd, which is something I'm learning and navigating. What you learn is that you get to trust the audience; they help you figure out what's funny, and you get your groove. It's a good litmus test for what's going to work on-air."
As well as starring Brooklyn Decker, the Friends with Better Lives cast also stars the likes of Kevin Connolly, Majandra Delfino, Zoe Lister Jones and James Van Der Beek. Friends with Better Lives premiered this week and will continue to air on CBS on Monday evenings at 8:30/7:30c.
