Hollywood actress Bryce Dallas Howard has revealed how she is constantly worrying about suffering from post natal depression again, when she gives birth to her second child later this year. Bryce suffered 18 months of the condition after her son Theo was born back in 2007.
Howard explained, "I absolutely do [worry]. My hope is that at least I'll have that much more awareness that I need to get help. I mean, I waited so long to get help with my depression. And that was unnecessary. It totally was." She added, "Just kind of knowing that if it does happen, it is chemical. And there is treatment, and then it will be over, you know? It might be really tough afterwards. And I might go through that again. But just to know that I can handle is just very comforting for me."
Bryce Dallas Howard announced that she was due to give birth to her second child, with husband Seth Gabel, back in March. Bryce has also recently admitted that she has been suffering from some severe bouts of morning sickness during the early stages of her pregnancy.
