There are a few different ways that you can choose to raise your child, when you are a busy Hollywood couple and, while some stars these days tend to rely on nannies and other people to have a huge influence on their child's upbringing, there are others who want to be as hands on with the upbringing of their child as possible.
Hollywood actress Bryce Dallas Howard knows exactly what it is like to grow up in the acting industry, being the daughter of the talented Ron Howard, and it looks like she has taken some of their parenting skills on board. Bryce has now opened up about raising her children, admitting that she wants to keep them out of the Hollywood spotlight as much as possible.
Howard explained, "What my parents did that was great was they exposed all of us to movie sets and making movies and the crew. We had a very deep understanding of the kind of work that my dad did. We weren't exposed to the side of the industry that's perceived as being more glamorous, where actors are coddled and where there's a certain level of celebrity."
She added, "We were completely sheltered from that. I think that, that was a good call. But so far so good. It's such an awesome thing to get to travel with them and for them to get to see that my husband and I get to do creative work that we're really excited about and we're really inspired by. It's really fun for us and rewarding and challenging in all the right ways. I feel really grateful for that."
Bryce Dallas Howard is married to actor Seth Gabel and the couple have two children together, son Theodore, eight, and daughter Beatrice, three. We look forward to seeing what the future holds for these two youngsters.
