George Pajon, guitarist for the Black Eyed Peas, has decided to sue the bands business manager. The decision was made on Tuesday Pajon accused Sean Larkin and his company Larkin Business Management of fraud, professional negligence, breach of contract and other charges.
In the lawsuit it says "Some or all of Defendants' actions were done with malice aforethought, fraud and oppression in that they never intended to perform their duties as Plaintiff's business managers". It also claims that Larkin failed to file tax returns, federal or state, for Pajon or his El Cubano Music company.
The tax disagreements have been going on for years. The lawsuit claims that Pajon learned of Larkin’s unpaid taxes in July 2009 which resulted in a huge tax liability. The lawsuit states that Larkin accepted his failure in filing the returns but that he didn’t follow through. The case continues.
