It is still early days and Captain America: The First Avenger has not even hit the cinema screens yet but that has not stopped talk of Captain America 2 taking place. It is pretty much a given, that Captain America: The First Avenger will be a huge box office hit but it is not guaranteed to be a movie great.
However, Hollywood studios seem to be more about making money these days, rather than making great films and Captain America: The First Avenger will definitely make money. The Captain American sequel will be penned by Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely, who wrote the screenplay for the first movie.
Stephen McFeely explained, "The story will likely be in the present day. We're experimenting with flashback elements for more period World War II stuff. I can't say much more than that, but we made it baggy enough to refer to more stories in the past." Captain America: The First Avenger is set to hit the big screen on July 22 in the US and July 29 in the UK.
