British beauty Cara Delevingne has gone from being one of the biggest, best and most sought after models on the planet, to becoming one of the biggest, best and most sought after actresses on the planet, showing just how impressive her talents are. However, we can sometimes forget that a superstar so big is also just as human as us, which is something the sexy star has been talking about.

Cara Delevingne has been talking about her younger years and what it was like for her growing up, admitting that there were some hard times for her along the way. Cara has admitted that she went through a battle with depression in her teenage years, insisting that she hopes by opening up about her struggles, she can inspire others who are feeling the same.
Delevingne shared, "I’m not in hell now. The things that stick with all of us the most are the darker times, the more traumatic times. Those are some of the points I remember the most. I didn’t know how to communicate my emotions. I was very ashamed of the way I felt. I had a very privileged upbringing, I was very lucky, I went to an amazing school. I had depression and I had moments when I didn’t want to carry on."

She added, "Then the guilt of feeling that way and not being able to tell anyone because I shouldn’t feel that way and I shouldn’t feel bad. It’s the guilt. That’s what I want to be for teenagers, not necessarily a role model, but someone who has been through it and come out the other side. I have been very open about my time and troubles as a teenager. You feel so much at that point. I felt it was my duty to write a book."
Well we think you are great, Cara and we have no doubt that you will have helped many people all over the world.
