British beauty Cara Delevingne may well be turning the majority of her attention to her acting career but that does not mean that she has given up on her modelling career just yet. Cara recently spent some time in Bali over the weekend, where she was shooting a wonderful ad campaign for John Hardy.
While on the set of the John Hardy shoot, Cara Delevingne clearly became enamoured by some of the beautiful pieces of jewellery that were on show. Cara even went as far as to say that she became a bit of a kleptomaniac during the shoot, making up excuses which could let her take some items home.
Delevingne was being interviewed by WWD, when she revealed, "I kept trying to steal things. I almost turned into a bit of a kleptomaniac, to be honest. I fell in love with this coil bracelet that wraps all around your arm. I tried to cement it to my arm. Or, I kept saying, 'I can't get this ring off, it's too tight....It's mine.'"
As well as doing the photoshoot with the wonderfully crafted pieces, Cara Delevingne also got to visit the workshop where she got to witness the talent of the craftsmen at first hand. Cara then joked that she would love to move to Bali and take up the jewellery making art as a new profession.
She added, "Meeting all the actual people who make the jewellery and seeing how happy they are... I want to live there. I was like, 'Can you hire me, please?' I did jewellery-making in school, but I was very bad. [Here], you can feel the love in [the jewellery] and you feel like someone has actually put their heart into it."
The Cara Delevingne ad campaign for John Hardy will be revealed in October.
