Cara Santana is enjoying the sunny skies in Mexico. The actress and her fiance of almost two years, Jesse Metcalfe have been spotted in Cancun. The couple are staying at the Villa del Palmar Cancun Beach Resort & Spa during the Thanksgiving holiday.
Cara Santana has never been happier
Recently, Metcalfe has been filming in Mexico for his television show, Dallas. Cara Santana has been by his side since the show start production on season 3 in October. However, all signs point to this trip being for pleasure and not work. Dallas has not filmed in Mexico since the beginning of November. Before heading to Mexico, the couple volunteered at North Texas Food Bank in Dallas, Texas after filming ended. Metcalfe tweets about the trip. He writes "This is what I'm thankful for...@caraasantana #HappyThankgiving from @vdpcancun @ Villa del Palmar."
Cara Santana has donned several different swim suits since arriving in Mexico. She sports a turquoise Brazilian swim suit as she and Metcalfe enjoy the beach with their dog, Dexter. She wears red for Thanksgiving. Besides playing on the beach, the couple explored the local Mayan ruins. It is not all pleasure for Cara Santana. The actress just completed her only acting credit for the year. She will star in the independent movie, Reunion. There is no scheduled release date.

Filming of Dallas will resume this week. Therefore, the couple is headed back to the United States and will remain in Dallas until the show wraps up in Spring 2014.
