Former American Idol contestant Carrie Underwood, who has become a top country singer in her own right, has been talking about the television series Nashville. Carrie had been previously compared with Hayden Panettiere’s character in the show but Carrie insists that she is nothing like that.

While talking to the latest edition of Allure, Underwood explained, “I'm not like that at all. It's juicy, but I hope not everybody thinks that everything goes down like that in Nashville, and we're evil. To be honest, I've been fortunate enough to work with other types of music—and we're the least drama-rific people.”
However, Hayden Panettiere previously admitted that she looks to Carrie Underwood for inspiration with her stage presence, “She's one of those girls that doesn't do the whole dancing-around-choreography thing. She can just stand there and be incredibly interesting,” she said at the time.
