It is often the case in Hollywood that two stars meet on the set of the movie they are working on together, before then going on to fall head over heels in love with each other and going on to get married and start a family together. That has certainly been the way that things worked out for Hollywood power couple Channing Tatum and his wife Jenna Dewan-Tatum.
Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan-Tatum met on the set of Step Up back in 2006 and it was not long before the couple began dating. In September 2008, the couple announced that they had got engaged, before then tying the knot on July 11, 2009. The couple welcomed their daughter into the world last year and they have now been talking about family life.
Channing explained, "I've promised myself only to accept roles my daughter can see while she's young. So she can understand what your dad does." Meanwhile Jenna added, "Kids are life-transformative, but they should fit in to your life. You don't want to feel resentful for forgetting about a whole part of yourself. It's tough learning how to balance and multitask; it's a lot of balls to juggle. That's been the biggest learning curve of this year for sure."
As far as his acting career is concerned, Channing Tatum currently has a lot of projects in the works but it is fair to say that there is one role in particular that we are all looking forward to seeing him take on. Channing Tatum will play the role of Gambit in the new X-Men movies and we cannot wait to see whether he will be a part of the X-Men: Apocalypse movie or if he will go straight into his own standalone film.
