Over the years, we have seen many Hollywood movie stars putting their body through a great deal in order to deliver the best and most realistic performance that they possibly can and, while many of these stars have managed to get themselves back to normal, there are others who have suffered some permanent damage, such as actor Channing Tatum who stars in the new movie Foxcatcher.
In the movie Foxcatcher, Channing Tatum plays the role of real-life wrestler Mark Schultz and, while filming the movie, the hunky actor found himself picking up a number of different injuries. Channing has now opened up about some of the injuries her picked up while filming Foxcatcher, revealing that he could actually have some permanent disfigurements from the shoot.
Tatum was chatting with the guys over at the British Notebook magazine, when he explained to them, "I don't think the hard hits will ever leave my body... This (shoot) was suffocating and painful... My knees will probably never be the same again, my neck will probably never go back to its original size and I think I have the starter kits of a cauliflower ear."
As well as starring Channing Tatum, Foxcatcher also includes a very impress cast of top Hollywood names, including Mark Ruffalo, Steve Carell, Sienna Miller, Vanessa Redgrave, and Anthony Michael Hall, to name just a few. Foxcatcher is directed by Bennett Miller and is already out now in the US, while the movie is set to hit the big screen in the UK on January 9.
