Now that we know that Charlie Hunnam and Dakota Johnson have been cast in the lead roles for the Fifty Shades of Grey movie and people have finally come to terms with the casting, people have turned their suggestions to other aspects of the movie. Many have questioned whether or not body doubles will be used for the sex scenes but Charlie insists that they will not.
Hunnam explained, "I’ll never use a body double. I’m not worried. You know what, I had such a baptism of fire with regards to sexuality on camera at the beginning of my career."
He added, "I starred in the British channel Four miniseries 'Queer As Folk' where I played a young, gay character and there were some incredible, explicit sex scenes on that show. So I feel, and now I am 16 years older and more mature so I don't anticipate them being too much of a problem. It's like anything else, just an exciting challenge."
The Fifty Shades of Grey movie will be directed by Sam Taylor-Johnson, based on the screenplay developed by Kelly Marcel, and will begin shooting on November 5, with a release date planned for August 1, 2014.
