With the January transfer window just around the corner, Chelsea are putting everything into place to get their deals done as soon as they possibly can. Chelsea are looking to offload Daniel Sturridge to Liverpool and replace him with Atletico Madrid’s Radamel Falcao.

Chelsea's Daniel Sturridge
Chelsea are hoping to offload 23 year old England striker Daniel Sturridge to Liverpool for £12m, while then spending £48m on bringing Radamel Falcao to Stamford Bridge. However, it might not be as simple as Chelsea were hoping as the Sturridge move has hit a stumbling block.
Unfortunately for all involved, the move of Daniel Sturridge from Chelsea to Liverpool is in jeopardy of breaking down due to the players agent. Liverpool has decided to cut down on the amount that they pay in agent fees but Daniel Sturridge’s agent will not budge.

Atletico Madrid's Falcao
Liverpool were hoping to give Daniel Sturridge a medical this Wednesday, so that his move could be finalised as soon as the transfer window opens on January 1. However, that medical did not happen, although Liverpool are confident that they will still get their man.
Falcao at his very best
