British singer and former X Factor judge Cheryl Cole has hit out at recent reports, claiming that she is trying to launch her career in the US. The reports suggest that Cheryl has befriended reality television star Kim Kardashian, in a bid to help boost her profile in America. However, Cheryl has since taken to her official Twitter account to deny the claims.
